Dry Skin Milk Bath

Ingredients:
1 cup powdered milk
1 tbl. grapeseed, apricot or almond oil
8 drops essential of jasmine, rosemary, or lavender

Add ingredients individually under running water in your bath. Swish with hands to mix then sit back and relax.

Seccret Garden Bath Tea
1 tsp lavender flowers (dried)
1 tsp rose petals (dried)
1/2 tsp lemon balm (dried)
1/4 tsp rosemary (dried)
1/8 tsp spearmint (dried) (just to give it a bit of a snap)
4 drops lavender EO
2 drops rose EO
1 drop patchouli EO
Mix well, put into heat sealable teabag. This is for one bag.

Stress-Relief Bath Tea
1.5 cup epsom salt
1cup sea salt
1cup lavender
1cup chamomile
30 drops lavender eo
(or you can add chamomile eo as well if you wish)

Mix in large bowl. Makes about 14 1/4cup baths

Stress-Relief Bath Tea 2
Spearmint
Peppermint
Rosemary
Sage
Lemon Verbena
Thyme
Lavender Buds
Calendula Petals

Lady's Herbal Bath
Steep 1/4 cup each of:
Sage
Rosemary
Thyme
Whole Cloves
Steep in 2 qts water like tea, strain if necessary, or use a muslin bag.
Pour in bath water and relax for 20 minutes, Water maybe slightly brown, but, thats okay.
